Terms and conditions for redeeming vouchers on anschlagmittel-online.com

The terms and conditions and privacy policy of transprotec GmbH apply to the redemption of vouchers on anschlagmittel-online.com.

The following conditions apply to all vouchers from this shop:

1. Subject
 The voucher will be provided to you digitally or in print by anschlagmittel-online.com in the form of a voucher code. The voucher may be transferred to third parties. In this case, you agree not to use the voucher code again or transfer it to any other third party.

The voucher can be used to purchase products sold via anschlagmittel-online.com. You will find the voucher code field at the end of the order process (Review and Order), centered below the information for "Billing and Shipping Address" and "Payment and Shipping" in the "More Options" section. Please enter the voucher code, consisting of letters and numbers, and confirm your entry with the orange button. The voucher amount will then be immediately deducted from the total in your shopping cart.

The voucher value will be credited towards the invoice amount.


Please note the instructions for redeeming vouchers:

2.1. Usability

  • Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
  • Vouchers can only be used once per customer account and become invalid after the order is completed.
  • Vouchers cannot be combined.
  • Vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the order process. A retroactive credit is not possible.
  • Cash payment of the voucher is not possible.
  • Vouchers can only be redeemed directly at anschlagmittel-online.com.
  • Vouchers may be tied to specific brands, categories, or campaigns. This will be indicated on the voucher, if applicable.
  • The resale of vouchers is not permitted.


2.2. Validity

  • Vouchers have a validity period, which is always stated on the voucher.


2.3. Minimum order value

  • Vouchers may have a minimum order value, which is always stated on the voucher.


3. Remaining balance
If the voucher value exceeds the invoice amount, any remaining balance will be forfeited. Cash payment of the (remaining) value of the voucher is not possible.

4. Liability
anschlagmittel-online.com accepts no liability for the loss, theft or misuse or delayed transmission (e.g. due to technical difficulties) of the voucher code.
