Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal (only for consumers)

Note: We sell exclusively to business customers (companies, tradespeople, freelancers). Therefore, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers (§ 355 BGB) does not apply.

In case consumers still place orders:
Below you will find the legally required cancellation policy, which applies exclusively to private customers. Businesses, associations, and public institutions are excluded from this right of cancellation.

Cancellation policy

Private customers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal, unless exceptions apply.
This does not apply to:

  • Goods that are not prefabricated and have been manufactured according to customer specifications (custom-made products)
  • Goods that are clearly tailored to personal needs,
  • Products that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date is about to be exceeded,
  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery,

Cancellation period

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

Exercising the right of revocation

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (transprotec GmbH) a clear statement (e.g. by post or email) of your decision to withdraw. Our contact details:

It is sufficient if you send the notification before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs incurred due to different delivery methods), within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

We may refuse to issue a refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Return

You must return the goods to us immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

replacement value

You are liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that was not necessary to test the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
